It's All Numbers Folks!
Thanks Graeme for simplifying the weight loss mechanics and showing us it's all in the numbers. It's facts. Science. No mystery. No magic pill. No magic potion or creams or supplements or cayenne pepper or apple cider vinegar. It's not all the malarkey filling our heads. Just add your numbers up and stay within your caloric "budget". If you can budget your finances to pay what is important to you and forego other luxuries until you can afford them...then you can budget your weight loss calories. Same principles. Well done.

Life changing ideology
This guy writes stuff that is so intuitive and almost “obvious,” while still being so ground breaking in the current world of so many dif food & diet trends. The words he writes have helped to slowly remove and reshape my “food guilt” around eating. I can see myself making lifestyle changes because of him, not just a fad change. The graphics are wonderful and make it easy to understand & e gain the info. Highly recommend for EVERYONE, from overweight to body building people. Everyone can benefit from this. Thank you Mr Fitness Chef for sharing this with the world in such an excellent readable format !!

This has good thick paper and pretty pictures but the information is so simple it could said in a chapter and a give away at that....

Back to basics and to the point!
I have tried just about every fad in 2020 and idk why. My best weight loss season was when I simply counted my calories. This book brings the reader back in to the reality that losing weight does not have to be restrictive or so complicated. I really enjoyed this!

Great, easy read
I absolutely love this book. If you are a chronic dieter or breaking from a chronic diet, or simply just want to know more about facts of life.... BUY THIS BOOK

Not a diet book, a mind changing book.
Love this book! I have followed Graeme on instragram forever and absolutely love the truth and message he is sending out. Got an extra copy and my sister was quick to call dibs on it. So excited!!!

No nonsense information
A well written, clear-eyed approach to food. Scientifically sound and easily understood. Better than that, easily applied by the reader with permanent results.

Goodbye Diet Culture
The photo I have attached is just one favourite part of this book, as someone who is trying to be more body positive I thought it was excellent to include this in the book.As someone who has tried every diet plan, slimming drinks and detox tea reading this has been quite eye opening to all the rubbish we've been fed.This book is easy to follow, informative and provides you with the tools to loose weight, build your relationship with food and live a healthier lifestyle. Even if you don't want to loose weight, and you just want to understand how to lead a more nutritious yet unrestricted lifestyle this is the book for you.I think I'll be using this book a lot to refer back to and definitely recommending to anyone who will listen.Excellent book.

Forget the usual diet books & fads, this book is an incredible food education.
I follow Graeme on instagram and have done for a while so when I saw he had a book coming out I had to pre order it and I am so glad I did. The nutrition facts are really clear and easy to understand and this does not feel like a diet book and it does not make me feel bad if I am dying for a curly wirly ! I have left maybe 2/3 reviews on amazon out of the 1000's of things I've bought so you know this is a special find. Enjoy.

Loved it!
Loved how the infographics really help land the key the messages. No fads or gimmicks, just understand the calorific content of food and stay in a controlled calorific deficit and you’ll burn fat. I’ve been a slave to unsuccessful diets all my life, but already feel empowered and in control and it’s only day 2.

Fantastic book to break down calorie deficit into easy to understand graphics
What an excellent book . Fantastic, easy to understand advice backed by science. The graphics made things really clear and it's written with great humour. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to cut through all the dieting noise!

Empowering, entertaining and full of surprising facts
Cuts through the bs and shows you what to focus on, written and illustrated in an entertaining way that makes it fun to flick through. This would be a good gift for anyone who is already on a diet as well as anyone about to focus on weight control. There are lots of genuinely quick and practical low calorie meal ideas as well. I was really surprised by some of the myth busters - pleasantly surprised in some cases, but I also made mental notes on what to watch. I like the author’s humorous and empathetic tone. The book to inspire healthy, happier dieting.
