I always read reviews but don’t usually write them. 2 different doctors recommended a magnesium supplement to me for how much I run and workout. I was experiencing a lot of symptoms of magnesium deficiency and this took care of them ALL. I stopped getting muscle cramps and felt more rested and energized. I take it in the morning after a workout, and I think it really helps with recovery. I’ve purchased this more than 4 times now, and recently stopped because I fell for all the hype around magnesium saying you have to take a certain type at a certain time of day… etc. It all just got so confusing, I thought maybe this is just a placebo. But when I stopped taking it for a few weeks, all my symptoms came back… my feet and calves would cramp up and it was taking me longer to recover from workouts.. so I don’t care what people say about what type and what time of day… this clearly works for me and that’s all I need. 5 stars. Magnesium cuz I know we have to have it in our bodies but I got to say it really stopped my leg cramps but it wreak havoc on my system I even tried taking it down to half of what the dosage required still too much for me I love it but I'm just have to keep playing with it until I figure out what my dosage is
