Dizziness/Vertigo
This review is for those of us that suffer from that horrible "off balance" feeling / dizziness / vertigo. After exhausting the few things doctors can check for with regards to dizziness, you are basically left to figuring out how to live with it. I tried taking several medications and some worked decent but with side effects and some didn't work at all. I then found Migra-Eeze in one of my late night searches for how to rid myself of dizziness that came on suddenly one day. That was over a year ago.For me, this works better then anything else and without side effects. I've tried Migravent and for me, it didn't work near as well.I recently stopped taking my nightly pill because of some complications with my auto-immune disease. I wanted to cut out anything that I take that wasn't absolutely necessary. I haven't had the "off balance" feeling for so long, I wasn't even sure I needed it anymore. I didn't notice anything for a few days and figured I didn't need it anymore. Wrong, today I woke up with that feeling. Everyone that has dizziness knows how awful it is to have that constant and low level dizziness (I do sometimes get actual vertigo but rarely and it only lasts second/minutes). Needless to say I'll be taking 2 per day until it goes away and then will drop back down to my maintenance 1 a day.I should say, for others looking for their own answers, I've had migraines since a teen (I'm now in my mid-40's and female) and I have a rare sub-set of cluster migraines that are tied to my autonomic nervous system. So it probably is why I have the dizziness. For those taking it for migraines, it's not like a rescue pill. My adult daughter has PMS migraines, she needs to start taking one morning & night a few days before her cycle starts and then continue for 5-7 days. You should take these as maintenance or before a migraine, not as a rescue med.

Migraines stay away!
My neurologist said if I keep getting migraines she’ll have to put me on another medication. So I looked for an gentler alternative that would help to prevent them. I have migraines with aura; this totally prevents them as long as I take it at least 1x per day (it’s expensive!). They give me zero side effects. If I have a particularly bad day and feel a migraine breaking through, I’ll take a second one and it usually goes away within 30 minutes. It’s a lifesaver- no more missed days of work and being stuck in bed laying in the dark for hours on end. I can’t tolerate caffeine so Excedrin didn’t work for me. Like all gelatin capsules in the summer months the bottle can heat up and the capsules become stuck together. I put them in the freezer for 10 min and then stick my finger or a pen in the bottle to break them up enough to grab individually. They’re pretty forgiving and I’ve never broken a capsule.

Try it- it is a life changer for me.
I rarely have time to write a review but I do read lots of them. I feel like if I could persuade just one person to try this it would be worth my time. I have been to 5 different neurologist in the last 20 years. I have tried every preventive medication out there and many in very high doses with terrible side effects. I was unable to find one single prescription to do anything for my chronic daily migraines. I have been in many trials, and even taken hormones in my 30s to try to help these awful migraines. I had a doctor give me Pedadolex from Webber and Webber about 12 years ago. It has been the only thing to help me not wake up every single day in pain. I was very nervous about taking another brand of butterbur as the brand in the studies in Germany was that brand. It is very expensive. About a year ago, I had a doctor tell me how good the quality of life extension products are and found this. I can't stress enough just how much of a life changing thing butterbur is for me. Zero side effects. I love this product. I had to get off of this to prepare for a surgery and the doctor wanted me off all supplements. It took me 2.5 months to get back to feeling better. My suggestion is to give this product a shot, and know that it takes a good 2-3 months to build up in your system. I have spent countless hours trying to research and help my migraines. I was a frequent flyer in the ER. Shots of heavy narcotics only to wake up the next morning to start all over. This, grouped with prednisone when I wake up with a migraine for 3 days in a rowe (to prevent rebound) has helped me have a better quality of life.

Unusable
80% of this product is so stuck together that I can’t get it out of the bottle- the other 20% I had to dig out. Why? how is this of any use to me??? IT ISN’T ! DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Great!
I've run out of this product twice & am slow to replace it. I think that I don't really need it because it's so expensive & I've been feeling great anyway! Within a week, I start getting daily headaches or migraines & wonder why they're coming back all the time. Then I remember I've stopped this supplement & it doesn't seem so expensive to have my life back & live most days pain free! I've tried so many RX drugs & tests & this one works the best so far. I continue to have several migraines each month, but they last only a few days instead of a week at a time. The aura seems more consistent & even though my migraines are still torturous, it lowers the intensity when on these supplements. I almost no tension headaches while taking these.I also have NO side effects. Definitely give this a try if you have frequent tension headaches and/or migraines!Edit--I stopped taking this for more than a year. I restarted a few months ago on 400 MG of straight B-2 (Riboflavin) each day, and am having even better results. It's far cheaper, so I'd try that first before you go on this. I'm using the NOW 100mg. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. I also take 400 mg Magnesium Citrate and 40 of Inderal twice a day. I still get migraines, but I haven't missed any major life events in a while and I'm getting so much done. YAY!
