Dies exactly what it's ment to do only thing its packed in after 4 months, got a replacement
It's a great item when it worked but all of a sudden stopped working, light up charges up but stopped working got a replacement without a hitch, used everyday we love it

Good little gadget
Purchased to froth milk up for a cappuccino.Has staged power switch cycle: High-off-med-off-low-off with no idea what power it will come back on as, leading to some explosive ingredients!

Great frother but did not last
Used it to froth coffees and shakes and worked great. Unfortunately just stopped working after a year.

Unit stopping working after 3 months
After trying a few cheaper handheld milk frothers decided to try one that was a bit more expensive, rechargeable,comes with various attachments and has 3 speed settings, thought this would be a suitable upgrade, unfortunately the motor failed after 3 months, contacted support and received a reply within a day or so offering to replace the unit with a new one, received a new unit and everything was working with the replacement for you guessed it about 3 months before the motor broke again, this time I am still waiting to get a response from customer support, after about a week of silence contacted Amazon and explained my experience, they saw fit to issue a refund, after looking through the reviews I see I am not alone with the device giving up after about 3 months, it was only ever used to froth milk for my coffee and was never over worked, can't recommend this device to anyone based off of my experience.

Only lasted 9 months
Great product but it stopped working after 9 months. Re charged it but still nothing. Disappointing as otherwise a good product but I’ll look elsewhere for a replacement
