I bought the double pack for our e-bikes the lock is a great quality and not real heavy it's very sturdy the cable is coated so it doesn't scratch anything love that it's keyed alike. Great value for the money very easy to use very stable.

I ordered the product because it looked like a good deal and was prepared for middling quality but much to my surprise it is an excellent, easy to use and effective set of locks that secured several bikes as I traveled around the country. I highly recommend them.

These are just great. When bike parking isn't easy, these locks are adaptable and can help you prevent damage that is sometimes caused by manipulating your bike into a weird situation.

I have a pair of expensive electric bikes and wanted a strong lock for them. These are nice since they use the same lock. However, the first time I actually needed to use them, the cover on this one broke off while I was trying to close it. The manufacturer worked with me on a refund, so the customer service is good. With all the great reviews, this must have just been a defective one. The other one worked well.

I use them to lock up in my garage and when at stores. Seems heavy duty and like that it's got it's own case to mount on bike or wall for easy access.

It’s very handy to have the same key for 5 different u-locks.

Like how they fold and strap to the bike.

This set was perfect for a household with 2 ebikes ridden daily, by teenage boys, to school and work.We have never spent the morning combing the house for a key, after it was improperly discarded while shedding the previous day's accessories. And that is priceless...All of the locks work well and the attachments for connecting them to the bike are durable.They've taken a decent beating over the last few months from teenagers and they're still holding strong.Both locks were in use during an attempted theft, the thief was able to make off with an accessory that wasn't locked on but could not penetrate either lock and left the bike.Would buy again in a heartbeat

Won't be able to crack it open without cutting through both sides of the U lock. Does the job well.The mounting clamps that comes with the lock are flimsy and breaks of easily. Given the weight of the lock being suspended from the tip along with the force that gets applied while riding the bike through rough terrains, would break apart the hard plastic clamps easily.

A good deterrent as much as any one can do would buy again

3 out of 4 lock casings have fallen off which held the cylinder in place.Bought it in May and it's September now... Obviously a manufacturing issue

The bit that clamped onto the mounting U-lock bracket had come loose. I contacted Via Velo directly and received a new U-lock delivered to my door within 2 days. I'm confident of the amount of security all 3 locks provide.Thank you Via Velo customer service.
