FabrianoAcquarello Watercolour Paper, 23x30,5, White

Fabriano Artistico hot press watercolour paper is the most wonderful surface to paint on. It's available in both traditional white and extra white. Both are very smooth and perfect for very detailed work. I use a fine line ink pen on the paper and it can slide over the surface without blotching. Watercolour is beautifully absorbed on this paper. I like the fact that the pad is sealed all the way round, so the painting can dry without too much rippling. It's easy to remove the sheet from the pad without damage too....not all pads are as good. I've tried lots of different watercolour paper but this is by far the best for my work.

This is my favourite paper when using watercolours, watercolour pencils and acrylics.I always soak it in water and let it dry naturally.Once the painting is dry, I put two coats of W&N gloss varnish

I’m sure the paper itself will be fine but one corner of the pad is squashed and even the thick cardboard backing on the pad is warped in the same place. So, virtually every sheet will show damage on this corner. It must have been damaged before it was posted by Amazon because the outer packaging was ok. This is not inexpensive paper so I am not too pleased.

I am an artist and for botanical work this paper is ideal I sell art materials but unfortunately my supplier doesn't sell thus item

My all time favorite paper for use with coloured pencils

I am an amateur watercolor painter who crafts and does cardmaking. This paper is superior in thickness, texture, and ability to take water and a variety of watercolor mediums and look great. It is my go-to for all projects. Still not a bright white like Nenah Solar white or Tim Holtz watercolor paper, but the smoothness makes it a winner.

Très bon papier aquarelle permettant la réalisation de jolies fusions de couleurs. J'utilise préférentiellement le grain satiné afin d'avoir des tamponnages bien nets.

The quality of the paper is so good that you can feel it on the paper. You can use it for everything, even with colored pencils. Thanks Amazon☺️

Carta fantastica. La uso con le matite colorate e riesco ad avere una bella resa. Si riescono a stendere circa 7 strati di colore prima che la carta ne risenta, e permette di lavorare a dettagli anche molto sottili. La consiglio quindi non solo per chi si cimenta con l’acquerello, ma anche per chi usa le matite colorate.

Aunque costoso, haberber encontrado este cuaderno tan especial para trabajar ilustraciones exactas en cuanto a sus múltiples detalles que conlleva la ilustración ciantífica. Este cuadenro, block admite la acuarela y lápices de color.
