Great for boosting milk supply
The quality of their products are great I have multiple supplements from them. The taste does taste yeasty but it helps my milk supply extremely fast! I would recommend putting it in a protein shake or something

Good price, good flavor, fast delivery.
We do not use brewers' yeast straight. Rather, it is a component of our home-baked bread. This stems from a Medscape study from a few years back. The yeast is shelf-stable if kept dry. I might need months to use a bag and the powder stays fresh. The consistency is similar to but even "looser" than flour. Be careful because particles can fly for some distance. We had previously used a different brand of yeast and it left a bitter taste in the bread. This was not surprising because the yeast comes from cells that settle out or are filtered out after fermenting grain into alcoholic beverages. The yeast is "killed" during drying so that it does not begin fermenting foods or drinks. Many such beverages, such as beer, are intentionally bitter and so is the resulting yeast. Different vendors attempt to de-bitter the yeast and succeed to varying degrees. This vendor does a better job of de-bittering.Brewer's yeast delivers some vitamins resulting from fermentation which are otherwise scarce in the human diet along with other nutrients that were in the grain. During WWII, food rationing resulted in nutritional deficiencies. Brewer's yeast was turned into a dietary spread commonly consumed on toast.Australia called the spread "Vegemite" while the rest of the UK called it "Marmite". Both are the color and consistency of thick chocolate syrup but the taste is far different. Both products used a LOT of salt to cover the bitterness of the yeast. If anyone is interested, all of the large grocery chains carry small jars of Vegemite and one does not need a lot for trial. This yeast is de-bittered better than my previous brand and does make better bread. For some reason, that other brand reduced how well the bread rose. This yeast does not have that problem.

Horrible, do not buy
I have tried other brewers yeast for lactation and this is the worst tasting yeast I've ever had. You can't cover the taste and its inedible. I wish I could return. Will never buy again.

works well
Makes wonderful lactation cookies. Wife also used it in some shakes without too much complaint. Do not try to eat it plain…

Ok taste but great for breastfeeding support
Great supplement for breastfeeding support.Mixes easily enough. Taste is meh, but you just have to get used to it or mix it with something flavorful. Overall a solid product.

Better than I thought..
better results than I thought overall a good taste and for what ever reason puts me in a better mood ?? I was just told through a nutritionist that it's good for your digestion. I'm no doctor or scientist But I suggest this to someone that's feeling down... works for me got me. Gets me in a better mood 4 sure . but I do feel better internally and mood wise.(Update) OK.. So now I went to look it up and I found that if you take this very type Brewers yeast or a good Brewers yeast...You get an overall effect of feeling good and is good for digestion. I can't believe everything I read on the net but from first person experience I do feel better when I take some some. I sprinkle it on my eggs salads and or good green health drink (not to much though) . I think you'll get some good health benefits consuming this

I got it to help boost my milk supply. I can not get over the awful taste. I’ve tried mixing it in oatmeal, yogurt, tea, and coffee but I can’t get past the taste. I can’t say weather or not it helps with milk supply since I can never finish what it’s in. It taste like very bitter sour beer and over powers everything no matter if you put a little in. I did 1/8-1/4 a serving but still could only taste it. I will be trying different ways to consume it but beware of the taste if you’re sensitive
