I LOVE this item because it is working to help me cut my cravings for pastries. I bought it soon after I learned that bread and cookies and cakes are fortified with B vitamins. I was getting my need for B vitamins met through pastries! I tend to overwork because I am fascinated with my work which is investing in passive streams of income. I love this brand they don't have any junk in their pills and it has the good b vitamin which is Methylcobalamin. Why is it a good kind because it's not made enough factory where the other kind is.Plus this has good milligrams servings where you don't have to take 100 pills to get the dose.The size is decent and they don't stink like most b vitamins.

I like mentholated vitamins. Your body can actually use the vitamins. I like that they are in capsules for easy absorption.
