Hoosier Hill Farm Prague Powder Curing Salt, Pink, 1 Pound (Packaging may vary)

I have been looking for powder cure this works. Directions are for a wet cure. I would like to know how to use as a dry cure, amounts per pound.

Hard to rate it since it was one of several brining/pickling ingredients in the recipe. Rated 5 stars because no reason rate lower. (FWIW - the product of the recipe was delicious)

We cure & smoke our own bacon (pork belly slabs). This assists us MOST effectively in our endeavor's, & allows the FLAVORS we add to shine throughout our bacon. WORKS GREAT, THANKS!!

Exactly what in needed, exactly what I ordered, exactly what I got. Everybody in the house has been told that this is a toxic substance, not to be used in place of salt. I even applied a skull and bones sticker to the jar and the cover. This is not Himalaya pink salt.
