I love the regular peanut flour. I thought that was what I reordered but I accidentally bought the dark roast. Don’t love it. It does taste mostly like burnt peanuts to me. But, I’m sure I’ll find ways to use this up and make it taste better. Definitely will double check my next order better. The regular peanut flour is awesome!

Oh yeah, good stuff. I wish I had bought this long ago. Hoosier Hill products are my favorites.

LOVE this company. LOVE the regular powdered peanut butter. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the roasted peanut powder. It just tasted burnt. Sorry! I am going to have discard it. Hopefully you will have the regular PPB back soon.

The flavor tastes like burnt peanuts. Not at all what i expected I tried it in a shake and tried to make some peanut sauce and it tastes terrible. If you want the flavor of burnt nuts this is the product to use. If you are looking for peanut flavor this will not work at all.

Used for smoothies and thought it had nice flavor. No added sugar is what I was most interested in.

Use this in my protein shakes. Smooth with a great flavor.
