Charger works, heat issues, but excellent customer service

But after one day of use, the sticker started having air bubbles underneath ; most likely due to weak glue as well as air pockets expanding due to heat.The vendor sent for a replacement as soo as I reached out.

Worked as Expected
I have used Amazon since the early 2000s and have relied on user feedback to make my purchasing decisions. I have found that the Amazon community is right on. I have not, however, done my part to provide ratings to help others make their decisions. This is just one of many ratings that I have needed to provide. My strategy is to provide a numerical rating when there is not much more to say, except it worked as designed, was well made, and did not have any obvious flaws. I will provide more elaboration when needed to support a rating, good or bad. For this item, however, I think just a score will suffice.

Double check before purchasing
Model that was sent is not compatible with my ASUS Zephyrus G14 (model GA403UV) despite being on the list of compatible laptops. Images did not show a clear enough photo of the DCIN component, so I wasn't able to tell until the item arrived. Otherwise, item was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner

Charges fast, doesnt get too noticeably hot from what ive seen and was actually the proper fit for my laptop which I was looking everywhere for

Wrong item

It works but item doesn't match picture
Item doesn't match the picture. The picture shows the kind of charger that comes with the computer so I was expecting an exact replacement. The one I got says it was made in algeria and the quality feels far cheaper. It still works but it's still false advertisement.
