Absolutely Amazing! Harness the energy from the sun.
I’m a disabled lady living on only $900/month. So I certainly cannot afford a gas powered generator and the gas needed or repairs to carburetors etc. I’m also sole caregiver for my elderly Mom. My mobility is limited, as is hers. We live in Florida where hurricanes and power outages from regular storms are common. The older I get the harder the struggle. So, I make sure to prepare for bad weather season. I desperately wanted a 500 or a 1000 Jackery however it just wasn’t in my budget. This Jackery Explorer 300 Plus wasn’t in the budget either but I made it work since we are predicted to potentially have a very active hurricane season this year and I need to be able to keep Mom and myself comfortable without having to leave our home.I am a collector of Ryobi One+ tools, I have their mid size whisper hybrid fan and the smaller fan as well as their am/fm radio and lights. I have many batteries for them all. This little portable solar generator not only charges our iPads and iPhones it also keeps my ryobi batteries charged!!I purchased it with the 100w Solar Saga solar panel and tested solar charging today. Initially the generator arrived first so I charged it up with my houses electric. The next day my solar panel arrived. So, I spent the past 5 days trying to gently drain the battery so I could test solar charging. I used it for a led lamp every evening, my iPad streaming Netflix all day every day and charging my iphone. It took 5 days to get down to 45%.Today I finally setup the solar panel and I went from 45% to 99% in 2 hours and 12 minutes. I’m amazed!!If you’re like me and just want something for those unexpected power outages and cannot maintain a gas powered generator then I highly recommend this unit!! It’s amazing!Don’t second guess yourself…. Just buy it.Thank you Jackery for the piece of mind you’ve given me knowing I can keep my elderly Mom cool and connected during a power outage.

Amazing Little Generator
This is a great little generator. I got it to use my little baby breeza formula maker in my car. And it doesn't go down very much in energy consumption which is fantastic.

Missing Adaptor!!
**Update**The manufacturer made good on the order by providing the needed adaptor. Since then, the solar panel and battery pack have been working great!-------------------------This power station can only be charged via USB C which requires a USB C adaptor to use the solar panel. It specifically states that the adapter is included. I attached a photo to this review as proof and it still says this on the product page. At this premium price point, something like this should not be an issue. I have not heard back from the seller yet. I will adjust this review once I am able to use the product as advertised.

Can't use the solar panel!!!!
I like the overall design. It came with a 30% charge so i immediately wanted to have it charge from the included panel. Oooops! The solar charger is not compatible with the battery!!! What? Yes you read correctly. The manual says you must plug the solar charger into its USB-C port which is not compatible with the charger. How can they possibly misconfigure it so badly???So I filled out there form on the web site that requires my Order number and serial number and submit it. I get an email back form "Hecate" that I must provide my Order number and serial number. They are really testing my patience. I'm waiting now for a reply.

Good purchase
This will be a good purchase. I bought same brand last year,as a gift, but ended up actually using it for an event. So now, I will have my own.

Works great in theory - but all USB ports are dead after 2 weeks and no use beyond unboxing testing
In theory the 300 plus is a great product. When I unboxed it it was a partly sunny day so I hooked up the solar panel that came with (300 plus with solar panel package) and it started charging! It's winter and the sun angle is low, but getting between 20 and 30 watts was pretty impressive. I tested charging with the AC cord and that worked flawlessly as well. I tried using it connected to an AC 12 watt lamp and it did well also. It even looked like it would run a small crock pot with a 100w draw.2 weeks later it's a sunny day so I take it out to get some solar to boost it from 70% up, but this time, the display doesn't even come on. I plug in the solar panel and nothing happens. I take it back inside and plug it into the AC outlet. There was an odd smell for a moment but it fires right up and momentarily gave an error code - but still is charging. I took it back outside to the solar panels and still no charge detected. I take it back inside and try to charge via the USB-C input (the same as the input from the solar panels) thinking that perhaps there's something wrong with the panels and I get a F9 code and no charge from a 10 watt USB C charger. I then try charging my phone from the USB A and get an F9 code again and no charging. I plug it back into AC and it charges fine. I even take my phone charging cable and adapter and plug into the AC outlet and it charges the phone fine.So I'm not sure what's going on. I've attempted the soft reset, but now I'll discharge it all the way to see if the hard reset fixes it. Either way, I'm pretty disappointed as it seems like the whole USB circuit and 3 ports appears to have failed after only 2 weeks. I've reached out to customer support so hopefully I hear something soon.
